BYING ARTNot the sales, but mainly your shared appreciation for our artwork and fascinating hobby is of paramount importance to us. Nevertheless still a few conditions have to be mentioned in case of art- purchase, rent or assignments. In the supply conditions we are named ArtGallery, so in fact we abbreviate our full name here. ArtGallery cannot be held responsible for any errors in their publications and have the right to correct. Our Artwork, after the sale, is in priciple not meant to be re-sold or re-traded without consulting ArtGallery. The delivery and/or transport of the artwork will be done as much as possible by ourselves, in consultation with the buyer. In case of long distance locations, a reasonable cost-reďmbursement may be applicable. Without mutual supply consensus, from both sides, there will be no obligation for supply. The Paintings will be supplied with a fixed cable and eyelets, to allow attachment to the wall. We can advise you about the best location of the artwork and it’s illumination, but the final installation of screws into the wall and the installations of spot-lighting is for the final responsibility of the Buyer. Framing can be accommodated against a price to be offered. We have a number of frame-types, specially made for us by an “Encadreur”. These are piece by piece, unique and exclusive “complete hand-made frames” crafted according ancient techniques and with natural materials. The sculptures will be supplied as described and agreed-upon. Others like socle’s, console’s and/or supports are optional and can also be supplied by us. PRICE & PAYMENT CONDITIONS We prefer to keep our costs and prices low, to allow art being easier available and affordable. Prices are fixed and the VAT included. Pre-payments to be done upon the agreement and the remainder to be paid based on an Invoice within 14 days by Bank, or 5 days prior to the deliverydate, or cash upon delivery. LEASE CONDITIONS For Companies and Institutions there is the possibility to lease the artwork from us under certain conditions. The leaseprices are 2,4% of the catalogue value per month. In case interested, please ask us for the conditions. ASSIGNMENTS CONDITIONS In case of private and business assignments there will be started with a clear assignment, individually described in a contract. In this contract there may be applicable a certain amount as a deposit, which down payment should be issued before the job can be started. This deposit can be seen as some kind of guarantee towards the assignment and will later be subtracted from the final invoice. Only in case, “within all reasonability and to the judgment of ArtGallery”, the assignment is not fulfilled to the satisfaction of the customer, this deposit will be returned after which the assignment and contract ends as also the obligation for delivery. Toch een paar voorwaarden die genoemd moeten worden in geval van kunst- aankoop, huur of opdrachten. ALGEMENE VOORWAARDEN In de leveringsvoorwaarden is onze naam gemakshalve afgekort naar ArtGallery. ArtGallery kan niet verantwoordelijk gehouden worden voor fouten in hun publicaties en hebben het recht deze te corrigeren. Onze kunstwerken zijn in principe niet bedoeld om verhandeld te worden zonder afstemming met ArtGallery. De aflevering en/of het transport van het kunstwerk word in onderling overleg, zoveel mogelijk door onszelf uitgevoerd. In geval van vér uiteen gelegen woonlocaties kan een geringe kostenvergoeding overeen gekomen worden. Zonder een goede wederzijdse overeenstemming is er geen verplichting tot levering. De Schilderijen worden afgeleverd met bekabeling en oogjes om ophangen mogelijk te maken. Wij kunnen u adviseren over de plaatsing en de verlichting, echter het bevestigen van haken in de wanden en plaatsing van de verlichting zelf is voor verantwoordelijkheid van de koper. Inlijsten kan op verzoek verzorgd worden tegen meerprijs. Wij hebben voor onze kunstwerken een aantal typen lijsten, die speciaal voor ons door een encadreur zijn vervaardigd. Dit zijn stuk voor stuk unieke en exclusieve “volledig handgemaakte lijsten” op ambachtelijke wijze vervaardigd volgens oude technieken en met natuurlijke materialen. De sculpturen worden geleverd zoals omschreven of overeengekomen. Overige sokkels, consoles en/of statieven zijn optioneel en kunnen door ons verzorgd worden. PRIJS & BETALINGS VOORWAARDEN Wij houden graag onze kosten en prijzen laag om de Kunst meer toegankelijk te maken. Prijzen zijn vast en inclusief BTW. Prijzen kunt u opvragen via het Contactformulier op onze website; www.artgallery-kunst.nl. Aanbetalingen vooraf te voldoen en het restant op basis van factuur, binnen 14 dagen per Bank, of 5 dagen vóór de leveringsdatum, of bij de levering contant. HUUR VOORWAARDEN Voor Bedrijven en Instellingen is huren van Kunstwerken onder bepaalde voorwaarden mogelijk. De huurprijzen zijn 2,4% van de cataloguswaarde per maand. Vraag ons desgewenst naar onze huurvoorwaarden. OPDRACHT VOORWAARDEN Bij particuliere en zakelijke opdrachten word 'in opdracht' gewerkt en zal de opdracht zo nauwkeurig mogelijk beschreven worden in een 'individueel' opgestelde 'overeenkomst'. In deze overeenkomst kán ook worden vastgelegd dat een bepaalde aanbetaling zal moeten worden voldaan, alvorens de opdracht te kunnen starten. Deze dient in dat geval alleen tot zekerheidstelling van de opdracht en zal later verrekend worden met de overeengekomen levering. Alleen indien, ‘in alle redelijkheid en naar het oordeel van ArtGallery’, de opdracht niet tot tevredenheid van de klant is uitgevoerd zal deze borg worden terugbetaald en vervalt in deze de opdracht en de verplichting tot levering.
